Expertise. Innovative Healthcare Consultant’s Care Managers are degreed professionals. They are Registered Nurses, who are certified care/case managers. Care Management is our approach to addressing the entire well-being, comfort and function ability of our clients and their families. Our Care Managers are licensed registered nurses (RN’s) They provide every client a personalized care plan that is developed from a collaborative assessment with the client and family..
Accessibility. Innovative Healthcare Consultants Care Managers are available to our clients 24-hours a day, seven days a week and have the training to be able to respond to all kinds of situations and emergencies.
Trained and carefully supervised caregivers. Innovative Healthcare Consultants Caregivers are carefully screened and selected. We complete a background check on each caregiver hired. Our hiring process emphasizes our high standards of professionalism, safety and care that is individualized for each client. On-going training, support and supervision is provided for our caregivers by our Care Managers. Our Caregivers are stable employees and are well supervised and supported by experienced Care Managers. This provides consistency in care for older people who do not tolerate change well.
