The Innovative Healthcare Consultants, Inc team is fully committed to excellence in business practice, customer care, and the provision of expert healthcare solutions and support that brings peace of mind and fosters quality of life for you and your loved ones.  Our Care Managers are all diversely experienced and professionally accomplished registered nurses and health care specialists.  They come from a wide range of medical, clinical, social, and rehabilitation fields and are exceptionally resourceful. 

Jan Genduso  RN
Jan has been a registered nurse for over 35 years.  She has extensive nursing background in various nursing specialties.  Jan has worked as a geriatric care manager, an assisted living director in a large residential care facility, triage nurse for physician medical groups and various hospital units in the acute care settings.  Jan provides services in San Diego N. County Inland areas.  

Linda Maker RN
Linda has been a nurse for over 25 years.  She has an extensive background in acute care nursing, home health, hospice care, adult psychiatric nursing, Alzheimer’s day care centers, and behavioral health nursing.  She has organized and taught continuing education classes to CHHA’s/CNA’s.  She also is a certified recovery room nurse.  Linda provides services in San Diego N. County Inland area.

Doreen Salerno RN, MSN, BSN, PHN
Dori has a Master’s of Nursing Administration with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.  She has over 35 years of Registered Nursing experience.  Her experience includes research for cancer/psychiatric, home health field nursing, surgical nursing, crisis psychiatric nursing, political and administrative intern and a program director for a gero-psychiatric unit. Dori is also a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.  She provides services in the San Diego coastal area.

Beth Walter RN, CCM
Beth received her associate degree in nursing from Ventura College.  She is a certified case manager (CCM) and a member of The Case Management Society of America.  Beth’s nursing experience includes charge nurse and case manager for psychiatric hospitals, along with an extensive background coordinating care for capitated contracts for inpatient and SNF services.  She has worked with the Kaiser system, collaborating care with all interdisciplinary team members.  Beth services the Inland area of San Diego County.

Carolyn Williams RN, BSN, PHN
Carolyn is a Bachelor of Science Prepared Registered Nurse with over 25 years of nursing experience.  She has extensive background in home health nursing providing services to clients in their homes.  She provides services to clients in N. San Diego County inland area.
